The High School Democrats of Montana (HSDM) is the state chapter of the High School Democrats of America in Montana. We have members from all across the state.
Goals
The goals of the High School Democrats of Montana are:
To support the Montana Democratic Party and work toward Democratic political and electoral victories.
To support progressive causes and campaigns.
To put pressure on elected lawmakers to advance progressive legislation in the interest of our state and communities.
To foster healthy political debate and discussion.
To encourage political discourse and engagement among young people.
Get involved
The main work of HSDM focuses on fighting for the electoral victory of Democrats in Montana. We knock on doors, phone bank, and volunteer for Democratic candidates across the state.
When it's not election season, we remain active in building community and engaging in politics. We write letters to Congress and state legislators and participate in Democratic Party events and programs.
